Canon's Eos 500D is a member of the Canon Dslr family. This is an upper entry level Dslr camera. It features a 15.1 Megapixels Aps-C Cmos sensor with 1080p Hd video recording at 20fps. The Canon Eos Rebel T1i camera comes with a 3.0 Inch Hdmi (High Definition Multimedia Interface) screen for playing back full resolution images.
